Since our establishment in April 2014, we have formed strong relationships with our vendors, partners, volunteers, entertainment network and the broader Canberra community. Through this, we have built a foundation that enables us to bring our city together at a unique and creative event.

There are a number of locations to park in and around The Forage Event! An even better idea is to catch the bus, ride your bike or have a driver drop you off.

Our raw honey is as natural and as untouched as you can get – without actually biting the honeycomb straight off the hive frames! It has NEVER been heated above hive temperature (36 degrees Celsius) and none of the good stuff has been filtered out. OzHarvest is passionate about minimising waste and protecting our environment for future generations. To date we have delivered more than 30 million meals to people in need. We rescue 56 tonnes of food each week that would otherwise go to landfill. We collect from 2,000 Donors and distribute to over 600 agencies with our network of 30 vans on the road.

Quarry Hill is a boutique, family owned and run vineyard situated just outside of Canberra. The vineyard was established in 1999 where there are hectares of shiraz, sauvignon blanc, savagnin, sangiovese, tempranillo, grenache, pinot noir and sagrantino. Only part of the production is released under the Quarry Hill label, as grapes are sold to wineries, including Clonakilla and Collector Wines.

As a small batch distillery we are unconstrained by the need to produce volume and can focus on quality. Many modern distillery’s purchase ethanol from industrial facilities and re-distil it to add a flavour. The Canberra Distillery starts with just the raw ingredients: water, yeast and energy (grain, potato, fruit or sugar).
